We're looking for someone who:
- Holds AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a current Nursing degree.
- Possesses extensive experience in Residential Aged Care, with a proven track record of successful clinical leadership.
- Demonstrates exceptional clinical and leadership skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
